Position Overview:
The role involves the precise installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim components.
Work Schedule:
Expected to work an average of 38 – 48 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and potential travel. Overtime may be required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation or at least six months as an Installation Technician Helper.
- Proficient in basic math, including addition and subtraction.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Professional appearance is required.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings.
- Must be a collaborative team member with a positive demeanor.
- A clean driving record with three or fewer points is mandatory.
- Utilize checklists effectively.
- Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure cost-efficient job completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA guidelines and seeking assistance when lifting heavy objects.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
