Position Overview:

The individual in this role will be accountable for the assembly and installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and finishing trim.

Work Schedule:

Typically ranges from 38 to 48 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and potential travel. Willingness to work overtime is essential.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with no more than three points


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize checklists effectively
  • Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products promptly while prioritizing quality
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure cost-effective project completion
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA standards, and seek assistance when lifting heavy items
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

  • Effective communication skills over the phone.


Work Conditions:
  • This position is based at commercial job sites.
  • While performing job duties, team members may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
