Position Overview:
The individual in this role will be tasked with the assembly and installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and finishing trim.
Work Schedule:
Typical working hours range from 38 to 48 hours weekly, with potential for evening, weekend, and travel commitments as necessary. Overtime may be required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record, having three or fewer points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize checklists effectively.
- Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA regulations, and seek assistance when lifting heavy items.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Physical and Working Conditions:

Work Environment:
- This position is based on commercial job sites.
- While performing job duties, the team member may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
