Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Territory Representative Coordinator to support our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on growing our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Order Management: Enter and track project orders, manage Salesforce, and work with OLI Order Entry.
  • Communication: Communicate with Contractors, Customers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, track project progress, and provide insights to Sales Representatives and management.
  • Training and Development: Train Sales Representatives on new systems and processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Develop relationships with Contractors and Customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project schedules, manage access and background checks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Warranty and Renewal Management: Track warranty renewals and extensions, and submit necessary paperwork to ensure timely completion.
  • Regional Support: Serve as a regional resource for Sales Representatives, Contractors, and Customers, providing support and guidance as needed.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and OLI Order Entry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
