Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Harness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Federal Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Federal Government market.

About the Role
  • Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Federal Government market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new Federal logos and expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and sales development, to drive sales success
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close, including account planning, execution, and relationship building
  • Utilize data-driven insights and sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track progress and inform sales strategies
About You
  • 3+ years of experience selling into Federal accounts with a proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC
  • Ability to articulate a clear and concise return on investment value statement and maintain a high level of productivity in a complex and collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
