Healthcare Registration Liaison

As a key member of the team, the Patient Portal Liaison will operate under the supervision of the Provider Relations Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless registration process for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and analyze registration information submitted by healthcare providers.
- Gather all essential details required for provider registration on the portal.
- Confirm necessary information with providers through follow-up communications via phone or email.
- After case creation, activate accounts, ensure functionality, and communicate completion status as needed.
- Identify and report any systematic errors or limitations encountered during the registration process to the IT department.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documentation and ensure it is stored securely.
- Engage with providers to verify the accuracy of information and data.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in data entry is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
