  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other necessary software tools.
  • Adapt to using an enterprise VoIP phone system effectively.
  • Ensure timely and precise data entry to meet organizational deadlines.
  • Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills to enhance workflow efficiency.
