Financial Records Specialist

Chena Power, LLC is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to manage and scrutinize financial documentation for our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather essential financial information for accounting purposes
- Calculate and document numerical data with precision
- Verify the correctness of financial transactions
- Execute high-volume data entry and administrative tasks efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Understanding of double-entry accounting principles
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- High level of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word applications
- Familiarity with Peach Tree or Sage accounting software
- Efficient in ten-key data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable functions
Compensation is dependent on experience. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
