This key role will be responsible for driving the development of our leaders and executives, ensuring they have the skills and competencies needed to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Leadership Development Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with Marriott's business objectives and priorities.
- Design and Deliver Leadership Programs: Develop and deliver leadership programs that are tailored to the needs of our leaders and executives, including executive development, leadership development, and management development.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop solutions to address those needs.
- Lead a Global Team: Lead a global team of talent development professionals to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs.
- Measure and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of leadership programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a related field. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, and experience with leadership development program design and delivery.
