AIR Communities is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Construction and Service to lead our East Area construction and service teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering AIR's world-class customer service, preserving and maintaining our nationwide portfolio, and spearheading capital improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate regional service and construction directors to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement and coordinate policies, programs, and operating procedures to preserve property assets through sound maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation procedures.
- Support operations and construction from a leadership level, with a complete understanding of property budgets, P&Ls, KPIs, systems, and reporting.
- Frequently engage with property and regional operations team members, including CMs, SMs, GMs, RPMs, VPs, DOOs, and AFOs.
- Travel to properties throughout the region and national level meetings as required.
- 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects and multifamily operations.
- Leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams and project budgets exceeding $25M.
- Ability to aggregate, organize, and effectively communicate real-time performance data in concise and actionable terms to senior leadership.
