Job Overview:

As a District Manager for Cellairis Cell Phone Repair, you will be responsible for managing a network of retail locations. Your role encompasses employee scheduling, financial oversight, inventory control, and driving sales performance through effective planning and target setting. You will ensure adherence to company standards, manage workforce requirements, and uphold customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and adjust daily store schedules
  • Implement capacity planning for financial management
  • Address and resolve customer and employee issues
  • Oversee inventory management and shipment tracking
  • Establish and meet sales objectives
  • Assist Store Managers in achieving their goals
  • Conduct regular store assessments and visits
  • Recruit and train new personnel
  • Handle HR responsibilities as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills: Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, formal sales training, strong communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, customer service expertise, effective time management, valid Driver's License, professional demeanor, and ability to pass drug screening and background checks
  • Previous Experience: 2-5 years in retail sales management, experience in district management, and oversight of multiple staff in a retail setting
