- Travel: This position requires 100% travel to various locations, so the candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently within the region or beyond.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges, including staffing shortages, equipment failures, or unexpected client requests, with speed and efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance, including financials, staffing, and operational issues.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in janitorial, maintenance, or facility management services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time, including overnight stays.
