Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise onsite staff, including janitors, maintenance technicians, and site supervisors, to maintain high performance and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction at all centers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure that cleaning, repair, and upkeep are performed at or above expected levels.
  • Manage and monitor regional budgets, controlling costs while ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all locations.
  • Travel frequently within the region or beyond to address operational challenges and provide support to onsite staff.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance, including financials, staffing, and operational issues.
