What you will do:
:
Supervise multiple profit centers (operations, administration, etc.) for all assigned branches. Lead Branch Management personnel with P&L accountability. Collaborate with the Customer Financial Services team to establish customer strategies. Develop and present strategic growth and profitability enhancement plans to the Regional Vice President and leadership team. Actively participate in team selection, leadership development, and succession planning. Advocate for a safety-centric culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Foster teamwork within the local team and across the region. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
What you will bring:

A bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field; can be substituted with relevant experience. Previous operational and leadership experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or a related industry. Five to ten years of experience in a branch manager or similar role. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams, including collaboration with key stakeholders.
