Responsibilities- Accurately select and pack products based on order tickets and customer requirements
- Pull and prepare parcels and LTL orders using paperwork and documentation
- Package products securely and efficiently, following specific instructions and guidelines
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation
- Notify supervisors of any anomalies or discrepancies in products or components
- Support the cycle count program and maintain accurate inventory records
- Participate in Kaizen events and contribute to process improvements
- Cross-train in various areas of the department, including receiving, packing, and picking, to provide coverage as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and health standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in warehousing operations preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of warehouse functions and computer systems
- Ability to count and verify items picked or packed
- Attention to detail and ability to spot small defects and potential problems
