Post-Harvest Operations Specialist

Cultiva LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Post-Harvest Associate to join our team. As a Post-Harvest Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our cannabis products.
Responsibilities:- Assist with harvesting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sanitation and quality control standards.
- Ensure accurate weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products, meeting state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the cultivation team to achieve daily trimming and harvesting goals.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to quality and safety.
