The night shift Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing effective safety and quality control measures.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence .O versee accurate and efficient receiving, storing, and issuance of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement appropriate inventory control measures.Ensure adherence to quality standards during all warehouse operations. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement and maintain quality control procedures, preventing product damage, and reducing waste .Coordinate the timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders while ensuring accuracy and order completeness.Enforce and promote safety protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property or products. Conduct regular safety training for warehouse personnel and maintain a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse activities, and relevant metrics. Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and submit to management.Collaborate with ALL departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials and products.Identify training needs and provide opportunities for the professional development of warehouse staff, fostering a skilled and knowledgeable team .Address any issues or concerns that arise during warehouse operations promptly and efficiently, seeking appropriate solutions to minimize disruptions . Important Details :
Th is is a full - time on-site role working a continental, rotating schedule of 5 pm to 5 am .
