Sales Development Representative

Nurta Home Healthcare is seeking a Sales Professional to develop and establish relationships with healthcare providers, senior care facilities, and community partners to grow our patient census and meet the care needs of our community.

This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with referral sources that will generate client referrals for home care services. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, and physicians' offices
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate business leads
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation includes base salary and bonus/commission component, depending on experience and results
  • Mileage reimbursement as appropriate
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development preferred
  • Experienced at cold calling
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes
  • A bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare-related field is preferred
