Job Overview

Pride Motor Group, a reputable family-owned company, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
    • Approach and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and applications to prospects.
    • Describe optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Sales and Negotiation
    • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
    • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company protocols and standards.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements
  • Personal Qualities
    • Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the sales workday.
    • Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Possess strong communication skills.
    • Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
    • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
