Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a highly skilled Sage Intacct Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the Sage Intacct environment, including configuration and setup.
  • Work closely with internal consultants, external vendors, and customers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal management or Sage Intacct's customer support and engineering teams as needed.
  • Run regular reporting for management to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Delegating certain issues to the implementation or technical services team for highly configured instances of the software.
  • Corresponding throughout the issue resolution process in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • One (1)+ years' experience in the accounting or finance field with exposure to multiple ERP systems or in a software technical support environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
