Position Overview

Emerge is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our web solutions group, emphasizing Project Management Office (PMO) functions. The team encompasses campaign review and setup, data validation, governance, and compliance control.

The successful candidate will spearhead PMO initiatives, analyze business requirements, assess team capabilities, and develop process flows using Visio while drafting comprehensive business requirements. The ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and contribute innovative ideas is essential.

A significant aspect of this position involves managing PMO and driving process improvement projects across various cross-functional teams engaged in comprehensive execution processes and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the PMO operations in close partnership with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Enterprise Strategy.
  • Creating, maintaining, and disseminating dashboards and reports tailored for various audiences, including senior leadership, while regularly presenting prioritized process enhancement initiatives.
  • Employing strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills at a systems level, focusing on people, processes, and technology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overseeing strategic projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and precision of market offerings.
  • Evaluating the campaign execution process and marketing capabilities, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Collecting feedback from key stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining existing processes.
  • Managing a comprehensive list of ongoing and future process enhancements, while supporting change management planning, training, and communication efforts.
  • Prioritizing improvement opportunities in campaign execution based on business impact and team capacity.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with internal partners to develop best-in-class processes that deliver value to the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in leading marketing process consultation and/or technical program management.
  • More than 5 years of experience in assessing and designing business processes and technical operations.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
  • Strong executive presence and attention to detail, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Quickly establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently with key business partners in Compliance, Operations Risk, Technology, and Marketing.
  • Comfort in translating complex concepts into actionable execution plans.
  • Maintain composure under pressure.
  • Lead cross-divisional teams towards achieving shared project objectives.
  • Manage diverse perspectives while advocating for the best interests of the enterprise.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and partners.
  • Act as a change agent within the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
