About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Email Marketing to lead our Lifecycle program at Ethos Life. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven email marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a strong focus on revenue generation and conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns in a D2C environment, preferably in insurance or financial services. They will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets.

The Senior Manager, Email Marketing will lead the creation, optimization, and execution of email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. They will also be responsible for developing and optimizing transactional email flows to enhance customer experience and drive additional conversions.

The role requires a blend of hands-on execution and longer-term, strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into revenue-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead the creation, optimization, and execution of email campaigns across the customer lifecycle
  • Design and implement 0-to-1 email cadences for new product launches
  • Develop and optimize transactional email flows to enhance customer experience and drive additional conversions
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing and experimentation to improve email performance and drive life insurance conversion rates
  • Analyze email performance metrics and customer data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
