Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Lead

Vail Resorts is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in covering paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as owning multiple lines of business reporting and collaborating with Channel and LOB stakeholders on identifying opportunities for optimizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital/marketing/media analytics, with 6+ years of experience and 2+ years of management experience. They will be proficient in SQL and Python, and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at a variety of levels, including the CMO.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will be responsible for leading audit, analysis, and optimization of Vail's metadata, including its Solution Design Reference (SDR) and Taxonomy. They will also lead strategic initiatives, including data automation, data democratization, and advanced analytics analyses.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for problem-solving, innovation, and tackling complex enterprise challenges. They will be a team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Vail Resorts offers a competitive salary range of $116,040.30 - $130,000 + annual bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including ski passes, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans, as well as Critical Illness and Accident plans.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a relevant technical field
- 6+ years of digital/marketing/media analytics experience
- 2+ years of management experience, including hiring and talent development
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at a variety of levels, including the CMO
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Snowflake and/or cloud-based databases (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Analytics required
- Knowledge of JIRA and project management tools
- Exposure and knowledge of multiple channels (Paid Media, Relationship Marketing, Digital)
- Familiarity with Vail Resorts, its operations, and key product offerings
