Installation Estimation Specialist

Wadsworth Glass Inc is currently seeking a skilled Installation Estimation Specialist to provide accurate installation estimates for potential clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. This estimation office position offers a competitive wage of $22 - $26/hr.

This office position works a typical schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
As an Installation Estimation Specialist, you will have the important job of creating accurate estimates for our potential clients. Each day you will access our CRM (customer relationship management) system to follow up with new leads. You will have the technical ability required to analyze diagrams and assess the correct measurements. Thanks to your strong mathematical aptitude, you will be able to easily perform accounting tasks and calculate formulas using fractions. With careful attention to detail, you will perform data entry duties, inputting measurements into a spreadsheet to determine cost. You will then prepare the quote to be sent to a third party for cost analysis.
In addition to having a knack for numbers, you will also have great communication skills. You will be able to clearly explain plans, cost estimates, and timelines to clients, vendors, and associates as needed. Committed to providing excellent customer service, you will be happy to address customer pricing concerns. Thinking analytically, you will be able to solve practical problems and find creative solutions that are cost-effective while meeting safety guidelines. Maintaining a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude, you will help projects move forward into the appropriate workflow for follow-up and job completion. You will be glad your estimating skills help clients receive the installation assistance they need.

Requirements for an Installation Estimation Specialist
- 4 years of related experience or training with measuring and calculating fractions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A bachelor's degree in accounting or construction management is preferred but not required. If you meet the above requirements, we need you.
