YOUR ROLE AS A WINDOW INSTALLER
This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional Saturday work.
As a Window Installer, your responsibilities include delivering safe, efficient, and precise service to our clients. You will complete projects by installing various glass products, including windows, doors, and custom shower enclosures, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ensuring clean and safe job sites. After project completion, you will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction.
In your role, you will also mentor and train technician assistants, providing guidance that matches their skill level. You will take ownership of your work, navigate challenges in the field, and resolve issues as they arise. Staying organized is crucial, as you will track company assets and communicate any material shortages or changes as necessary. Additionally, you will assist in the warehouse with product checks and repairs. The satisfaction of seeing the results of your craftsmanship and mentorship will be a rewarding aspect of your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or training
- Proficiency in measuring, diagramming, and installing glass
- Ability to compose reports and business correspondence
