YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing essential documents and delivering outstanding customer service. You will bring a positive attitude to the office each day, ensuring that our customer relationship management (CRM) system is accurate and up-to-date. You will lead by example, demonstrating effective strategies for converting leads into sales, and efficiently scheduling jobs. Your willingness to assist colleagues will contribute to a smooth operation within the office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in team management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A bachelor's degree in business management or communications is preferred but not mandatory. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on this administrative role, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.
