ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Glass Installation Estimator, you will be responsible for generating accurate estimates for potential clients. Your daily tasks will include accessing our CRM (customer relationship management) system to follow up on new leads, analyzing diagrams, and determining the correct measurements. Your strong mathematical skills will enable you to perform accounting tasks and calculate formulas with ease. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be entering data into our software to ascertain costs.
In addition to your numerical skills, excellent communication abilities are essential. You will need to clearly articulate plans, cost estimates, and timelines to clients, vendors, and colleagues. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be evident as you address pricing inquiries and provide solutions that are both practical and cost-effective while adhering to safety standards. Maintaining a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit will help facilitate project progression.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or training in measurement and fraction calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A bachelor's degree in accounting or construction management is preferred but not mandatory. If you possess the ability to perform accounting tasks efficiently and accurately, along with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you may be an excellent fit for this estimator position.
WORK SCHEDULE
This office role follows a standard schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
