About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic pricing and promotion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Promotion Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies that optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Business Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics and data insights to inform pricing and promotion decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Account Executive Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide pricing and promotion analytics and support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including commercial strategy, sales, finance, and category management, to drive trade efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate pricing and promotion strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in applying analytical tools and frameworks to drive business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of pricing and promotion strategies, as well as economic and financial concepts.
