Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Conduct system backups and facilitate data recovery processes.

- Assist in setting up new user accounts and provide orientation on the use of computer systems and software applications.
- Stay informed about IT support tools, technologies, services, and procedures relevant to the organization's network.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding computer system issues or service requests through various communication channels.
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system and manage associated workflows effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams applications.
- Proficient in computer deployment and support for printing and peripherals.
- This position requires access to export-controlled items; employment offers are contingent upon the ability to lawfully obtain access.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience with IT Operating Systems, collaboration tools, and network topologies.
- 2 years of experience in IT Support Chains.
Benefits: The position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a robust 401k matching program, paid holidays, and vacation. The salary range for this role is $41,000 - $59,000.
