About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Efficus, Inc. as an ERP Specialist. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong background in IT and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Automation: Identify and implement business process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • ERP System Support: Participate as a team member supporting Baan and ERP LN and its related systems, providing end-user support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Business Process Improvement: Work directly with internal customers to analyze and document existing business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and determine business process improvements and system modifications.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify and gather business requirements using use cases, data modeling, process modeling, context diagrams, systems diagrams, etc.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop functional specifications, test cases, and test plans for system modifications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Responsible to test system changes within specified functional areas, and regression testing.
  • Expertise Development: Develop and maintain expertise related to Baan and ERP LN and its related systems.
  • Support and Training: Provide end-user support for Baan and ERP LN, using current internal support processes and tools, and develop and provide end-user training.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the sites, technology teams, and support teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address any potential risks or deficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Education: BS degree in IT or business-related discipline.
  • Experience: Three years' experience with ERP Systems in a manufacturing environment, and three years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT.
  • Authorization: Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate and/or RPA technology, experience with Infor Baan, ERP LN or other mid-market ERP systems, and experience in deploying automation solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong requirements gathering skills (interviewing business owners and operational users), and strong project management and organizational skills.
