The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
Assist in the provisioning and deprovisioning of user identities and accounts in coordination with HR
Manage hardware asset inventory and assist with technology procurement and deployment
Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a seamless transition
Provide training and education to employees to enhance operational efficiency and utilization of systems and equipment

Requirements:

Strong customer service attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Excellent listening skills
Experience supporting devices and peripherals running on Windows, OSX, Android, and iOS
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
High level of integrity and work ethic
Proficient navigating computer software programs
Proficient in written and verbal communication, with ability to type quickly

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Help desk experience preferred
Windows experience preferred

Work Environment:

Full-time position, 40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday in the Waco office
