Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Commercial team as a leading business partner for Commercial functions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and disseminating commercial revenue forecasts, as well as analyzing actual sales performance and providing related insights for Regeneron's marketed and new Oncology products.
A Day in the Role- Develop and maintain patient-based forecast models using a mix of epidemiology, secondary data, and primary market research-based sources.
- Convert assumptions to demand sales units, gross and net sales.
- Understand and analyze actuals, perform revenue variance analysis to isolate and articulate performance drivers.
- Work closely with Commercial Business Unit leaders, their teams, and other internal partners to ensure forecast models reflect all relevant assumptions and information.
- Assist Finance leadership and Senior Management colleagues with understanding sales performance with all underlying components and layers.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics and competitive landscape for brand including commercial, regulatory, research and development events for competing products and product candidates.
- 8-10+ years of progressive industry/meaningful professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, health and data science or a related field; master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Prior sales forecasting experience in biotech/pharma is required.
This role requires a strong understanding of the biotech/pharma industry and the ability to manipulate raw data, interpret and provide analysis and insights. The Associate Director, Sales Forecasting & Analytics will work directly with senior leadership in Finance and Commercial.
