Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Listen and understand customers' needs, concerns, and inquiries, and provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to clients' homes
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their service requests and provide updates as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with our services, pricing, and promotions to answer customer questions and offer solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in using computers and various software programs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
