Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate electrical systems and components.
- Produce comprehensive electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and cost analysis for new initiatives.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical issues in current systems.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Execute quality control and safety evaluations.
- Remain informed about technological innovations and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering, particularly in the design, troubleshooting, and implementation of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NEC, etc.
- Experience in project management and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of control systems and automation (experience with Fanuc controls is a plus).
- Background in electrical engineering within a manufacturing context is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools and software.
