About the Role

Nordstrom is seeking a skilled Technician 2 to join our Technical Support Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise to our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to users, guiding them through troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Utilize daily work management systems data to prioritize the backlog of work and communicate identified issues/changes to leadership.
  • Protect the Nordstrom brand by ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer/other protected data and intellectual property.
  • Identify and analyze problems, creating effective plans for resolution using technical solutions.
  • Perform maintenance activities to prevent unexpected failures of technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technology implementation team to meet project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a service management industry.
  • 3 years' tech support experience.
  • 3+ years' experience troubleshooting, testing, or repairing technical equipment.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Dell Desktop/Laptop, iPads, thermal printers, and laser printers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to repetitively walk, bend, reach, stand, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty.
