Why This Role?

We're expanding rapidly, and we need talented individuals who share our values to join us. As the Sales Transformation and Training Manager, you'll lead the sales team's evolution, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional results. You'll oversee training for 80 agents and manage a direct team of three, including two Training Facilitators and one QA Analyst.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Strategic Sales Plan
    • Design and execute a strategic sales development and training plan.
    • Align the plan with the company's goals and drive a sales-oriented culture within the sales team.
  • Lead Effective Training Sessions
    • Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs.
    • Sharpen selling skills, enhance product knowledge, and cultivate a strong sales mindset among team members.
  • Implement Continuous Coaching
    • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to team members.
    • Ensure each team member reaches their full potential and drives improved performance.
  • Establish a Coach the Coaches Program
    • Develop a structured initiative for sales managers.
    • Help them become more effective leaders and developers of their teams.
  • Manage a Direct Team
    • Oversee a direct team of three, including two Training Facilitators and one QA Analyst.
    • Provide mentorship and leadership to your team members.
  • Embody On-Site Leadership
    • Frequent on-site presence to lead and support training initiatives.
    • Ensure high engagement and effective learning among team members.
  • Stay Adaptable and Innovative
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact in a rapidly changing market.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and location.

  • Demonstrated success in sales training, coaching, or sales enablement roles.
