Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Strange's Florists, Greenhouses and Garden Centers.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.50 per hour, which is reflective of the company's commitment to fair compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Assist with preparing sales displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Take customer orders over the phone and in-store
  • Present customers with product information and make recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
