\Stryker Corporation is a leading medical technology company driven to make healthcare better. As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will be part of our Sports Medicine specialty team, assisting Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
\About the Job
\This role requires a strong understanding of Stryker's products and their applications in the medical field. You will educate doctors, nurses, and other staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, as well as provide updates on new products and features.
\Responsibilities

- Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products\
- Provide product training to customers and internal stakeholders\
- Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly\
- Travel up to 20% annually for business purposes\\/ul>\
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required\
- 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred)\
- Ability to communicate effectively with large groups of people\\/ul>\
