Job Summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our Heavy Civil division in California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate field operations to ensure efficient and safe project execution
  • Create and manage project schedules to meet client expectations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Establish and control project budgets to ensure financial stability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential losses
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality project outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with company safety programs, laws, and OSHA operating standards
  • Manage jobsite cleanliness and maintain a safe working environment
  • Prepare and submit daily time cards and project logs as required

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in construction project management
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in project management software
  • Ability to travel to projects in Northern and Southern California
  • Salary Range: $124,000 - $190,000/yr. (Salary commensurate with experience)
