Sompo International is seeking a highly skilled VP, FP&A Business Partner to join our Sompo North America Insurance team. As a key member of the North America Business and Finance leadership team, you will partner directly with key Business Unit CEOs to drive financial performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Business Unit's President to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to analyze business results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial planning processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the business unit's end-to-end five-year business planning process to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • MBA or internationally recognized accounting qualification with at least 15 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically.
