Job Summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Executive Director of Operations to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of managers and staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee all aspects of park operations, including entertainment, food and beverage, attractions, and property maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the park and attract new customers.
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote the park and its values.
    • Support local events and initiatives to enhance the park's reputation and visibility.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in facility operations and management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, guests, and community partners.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional grooming and conduct at all times.
