Job Summary
Zufall Health is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to patient inquiries via phone and text message
- Provide information on health center services and policies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and resolving issues
- Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college credit or additional education in medical field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Bi-lingual: spoken and written English and spoken Spanish required
