About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Project Manager to join our team at PMA Consultants Careers. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including procurement documents, contract specifications, construction plans, and construction document review.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and cost control measures to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including owners, designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure efficient project execution and completion.
  • Review and write construction specifications and develop construction procurement documents.
  • Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 for hands-on scheduling and present work product and facilitate work sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience with reviewing and writing construction specifications.
  • Experience with developing construction procurement documents.
  • Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Experience with presenting work product and facilitating work sessions.
  • Prior experience with construction submittals and RFI processes preferred.
