Position Summary

Provides program and project management expertise to plan, organize, control and deliver large, complex client projects. Help lead a team to plan and manage multiple client projects including the development of milestones, detailed project plans, executive status reports, resource planning, revenue recognition, budget reporting, and minute-by-minute execution plans required for the successful and timely completion of such projects. Collaborate with team members, peers and other members across the organization to maintain healthy partner relations. Attend key client project meetings to be kept up to date on major initiatives and be the escalation point for project issues including interfacing directly with our clients.

Key Areas of Focus for this Role

  • Carry out best-of-class project management disciplines, following industry trends and maintaining Ensono's Global Project Implementation standards.
  • Maintain expert level communications internally and externally regarding project deliverables and hold all project members accountable to meet agreed upon timelines.
  • Ensures effective team identification of project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; act as an escalation point for the team and implement effective mitigation strategies by taking corrective action to achieve resolution of project goals.
  • Provides leadership and strategic direction to the project team.
  • Appropriately escalate barriers, issues, and risks to meeting timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee the various work streams of activities in the project, including timeline, quality of work, risks, issue escalations, and collaboration amongst the various stakeholders.
  • Develops measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Desired: 6 – 10 years of experience in the field or a related area. PMP certification required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of tools including MS Project
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
