Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- PMP or other relevant certifications preferred, but not required.
