Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience within the construction sector is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required.
  • Capability to collaborate on project-related challenges and work autonomously with limited supervision is crucial.
  • Experience in the review and creation of construction specifications is necessary.
  • Proficiency in developing procurement documentation for construction projects is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools, particularly Oracle Primavera P6, is required.
  • Skilled in presenting work outputs and facilitating collaborative sessions.
  • Prior experience with construction submittals and Requests for Information (RFI) processes is advantageous.
