Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing our applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- ATS Performance Analysis: Analyze ATS performance and implement enhancements to streamline recruitment processes.
- Training and Support: Train TA Ops staff on ATS functionalities and work with the change management team to communicate to the appropriate audiences.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any ATS-related issues promptly.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Program Manager and potentially cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of the systems.
- Process Development: Develop and document standard operating procedures for recruitment activities.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment operations or a similar role.
- ATS Improvement: Proven experience with ATS improvement.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using various ATS platforms and HR software, preferably Eightfold and Workday.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
$50.00 per hour
