Position Status: This is a full-time role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Options for onsite and remote work are available.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the financial management processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations, ensuring robust internal controls are established.
    • Prepare journal entries, conduct reviews of financial statements, and execute monthly closing procedures for all entities.
    • Generate financial and management reports for the Executive Team, including the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with the CFO and management team to compile data for annual budgeting, strategic planning, and cash flow management.
    • Responsibilities require strong judgment, initiative, and the capability to navigate complex financial challenges.
    • Proactively identify and implement enhancements to processes.
    • Ability to manage high volumes of data, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in computer applications and Excel. Familiarity with basic IT concepts and the ability to communicate requirements to the IT department.
    • Research and implement new software solutions as business needs evolve.
    • Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and achievement of organizational goals.
    • Perform additional duties as required.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 10 years of combined public and corporate accounting and finance expertise.
  • Experience in a management role.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • CPA certification (active or inactive status) is required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
