Position Overview:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Manager with extensive experience in the technology industry to enhance our operations at Creospan Inc. This position emphasizes sales and presales initiatives, concentrating on broadening our client portfolio and promoting our services, distinct from staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in technology and a successful history in business growth, particularly in non-staffing environments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Propel the sales cycle by pinpointing new prospects, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and expanding current accounts. The focus will be on marketing technology services rather than staffing solutions.
  • Presales Engagement: Work closely with technical teams to grasp client requirements and offer presales assistance, which includes developing customized solutions and presenting them effectively to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients. Comprehend their business challenges and align our offerings to support their strategic objectives.
  • Market Development: Discover and pursue new business avenues within the technology sector, especially with non-staffing organizations. Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance the company's presence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your technical expertise to comprehend client needs and convey the advantages of our services. Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assist clients and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and account management, ideally within the technology sector. Previous experience in selling services (not staffing solutions) is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid grounding in technology, with the capability to discuss technical solutions with clients.
  • Industry Acumen: Awareness of the technology landscape, particularly among non-staffing companies. Experience in marketing complex technology services is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficient in building strong client relationships and effectively closing deals.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering, is preferred.
