  • Presales Engagement: Work alongside technical teams to grasp client requirements and offer presales assistance, which includes designing customized solutions and presenting them effectively to clients.
  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients. Comprehend their business challenges and align our offerings to fulfill their strategic objectives.
  • Market Penetration: Discover and chase new business prospects within the technology field, particularly with non-staffing firms. Formulate strategies to access new markets and broaden the company's presence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your technical expertise to comprehend client needs and communicate the advantages of our services. Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance client service and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the technology domain. Prior experience in selling services (not staffing solutions) is essential.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid grounding in technology, with the capability to understand and discuss technical solutions with clients.
  • Industry Insight: Awareness of the technology landscape, especially non-staffing companies. Experience in marketing complex technology services is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficient in building strong client relationships and effectively closing deals.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering, is preferred.
